Salted chocolate covered almonds

Probably the easiest and quickest dessert in the history of desserts, but also one of the yummiest! Chocolate covered almonds are a delicious snack dessert to satisfy that sudden sweet need.
The dark chocolate makes them the perfect guilt-free treat to enjoy during the day.
Almonds are a great source of iron, proteins, vitamin E, and minerals.
Amazing for the health of your hair, skin, and bones, are also a great remedy for anemia e help reduce blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels.

Ingredients:
• 200g dark chocolate 75%
• 250g almonds
• pinch of sea salt
•1/3 tsp orange zest
Method:
1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
2. Add the almonds at the melted chocolate e stir well until everything is well combined.
3. Place the coated almonds on a flat surface lined with parchment paper in small clusters of 5 to 6 almonds each.
4. Sprinkle a bit of sea salt and orange zest on top of every cluster and let it cool down for at least a couple of hours.
The almonds are now ready to enjoy, just try not to finish them all at ones 🙂
