Probably the easiest and quickest dessert in the history of desserts, but also one of the yummiest! Chocolate covered almonds are a delicious snack dessert to satisfy that sudden sweet need.
The dark chocolate makes them the perfect guilt free treat to enjoy during the day.
Almonds are a great source of iron, proteins, vitamin E and minerals.
Amazing for the health of your hair, skin and bones, are also a great remedy for anemia e help reduce blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels.
200g dark chocolate 75%
1 tsp sea salt
1- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
2- Add the almonds at the melted chocolate e stir well until everything is well combined.
3- Place the coated almonds on a flat surface lined with parchment paper in small clusters of 5 to 6 almonds each.
4- Sprinkle a bit os sea salt on top of every cluster e let it cool down for at least a couple of hours.
The almonds are now ready to enjoy, just try not to finish them all at ones 🙂
